To accurately estimate a distance between a vehicle and an object around the vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle image processing device (200) comprises: first control means (210) for controlling an exposure range of exposure means (120) in such a manner that a part of an imaging range of an image is exposed to light and controlling an exposure angle of the exposure means so as to scan the imaging range of the image with light; second control means (220) for controlling acquisition means (110) so as to acquire images at a plurality of timings each at a different angle, during scanning with the first control means; and estimation means (250) for estimating a position relationship between the vehicle and an object, based on an object angle viewed from the acquisition means, the exposure angle of the exposure means, and a position relationship between the acquisition means and the exposure means when acquiring one image, in a case where the object is present in the exposure range of the exposure means, according to the one image among the images acquired at the plurality of timings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
