To allow a solar panel to be mounted onto a carriage easily in a short time, as well as, allow an angle of the solar panel to be changeable.SOLUTION: A power supply traveling carriage X1 includes: a carriage 1 with traveling wheels 3 on an undersurface of a horizontal support base 2; a carriage handle 4 mounted on the carriage; leg-shaped support members 5 installed on the horizontal support base; a solar panel 6 swingably installed on upper end parts of the leg-shaped support member through a horizontal shaft part 9; and a power supply mounted on either of a solar panel or the horizontal support base and charging electric power generated by the solar panel. At an undersurface of the solar panel to an upper end part of the leg-shaped support member, angle change means 5a for rotating the solar panel is provided. The angle change means comprises: a sectional recessed engagement part at the upper end parts of the leg-shaped support members; and a horizontal shaft part provided on the undersurface of the solar panel through a hanging piece 8 and detachably engaged with the sectional recessed engagement part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
