To inhibit following movement of a battery during a collision.SOLUTION: A battery 18 is fixed to a body side structure member 22 through a bracket 20. The body side structure member 22 is set so that the rear is brought up during a collision. The bracket 20 has: a battery side fastening area 20a extending downward along a rear surface of the battery 18; a body side fastening area 20b extending rearward along a lower surface of the body side structure member 22; and a cutout 20c which extends from a rear end to a center part in the body side fastening area. The battery side fastening area 20a is fixed to the rear surface of the battery 18, and the body side fastening area 20b is fastened to the body side structure member 22 by a fastening member penetrating through the cutout 20c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
