To provide an electromagnetic wave-shielding coating material which can effectively shield electromagnetic waves and is inexpensive.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave-shielding coating material contains fine granules of calcium phosphate in a conventionally well-known coating material. The conventionally well-known coating material is, for instance, a coating material applied mainly to inner and outer surfaces of an exterior material (roof, door, bumper, bonnet, etc.) of an automobile in which a steel plate, an aluminum plate and a synthetic resin plate are used as a base material. The calcium phosphate is, for instance, natural apatite (hydroxyapatite Ca(PO)(OH)), fluoroapatite Ca(PO)F, chlorapatite Ca(PO)Cl, carbonate-fluoroapatite Ca(PO,CO)F, or carbonate-hydroxylapatite Ca(PO,CO)(OH).SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】電磁波を効果的に遮蔽することができ、安価である電磁波シールド塗料を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の電磁波シールド塗料は、従来周知の塗料にリン酸カルシウムの微粉粒物を含有せしめたことを特徴とする。従来周知の塗料は、例えば、鋼板、アルミニウム板、合成樹脂板を素材とする自動車の車体(ボディ)の外装材(ルーフ、ドア、バンパ、ボンネット等)の主に内外表面に塗布する塗料である。上記リン酸カルシウムは、例えば、天然アパタイト(ハイドロキシアパタイトCa5(PO4)3(OH))、フルオロアパタイトCa5(PO4)3F、塩素燐灰石(chlorapatite)Ca5(PO4)3Cl、炭酸フッ素燐灰石(carbonate-fluorapatite)Ca5(PO4,CO3)3F、あるいは炭酸水酸燐灰石(carbonate-hydroxyl apatite)Ca5(PO4,CO3)3(OH)である。【選択図】なし
