To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding body superior in productivity, which is light in weight and high in strength and has excellent structure designability and/or functionality while having a good electromagnetic wave shielding effect in a wide frequency area including a particular frequency region.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave shielding body comprises at least three layers (the first layer, the second layer and the third layer from the top). The first and third layers include a carbon fiber-reinforced resin composition. The second layer includes a thermoplastic resin.
