To provide a vehicle rear part structure which has a sufficient torsional rigidity against vibration not only in a vertical direction but also in a vehicle longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: A vehicle rear part structure comprises: a pair of rear side members 10 disposed in a rear part of a vehicle; a pair of rear suspension towers 16 which are respectively arranged outside of the pair of rear side members 10 in a vehicle width direction; a first cross member 12 which bridges across the pair of rear side members 10; a second cross member 14 which bridges across the pair of rear side members 10 at a more frontward position than the first cross member 12; a first reinforcement member 18 which is connected to an inside end face of the rear suspension tower 16 in the vehicle width direction with its another end being connected to an end part of the first cross member 12; and a second reinforcement member 20 which is connected to a front side end face of the rear suspension tower 16 in the vehicle longitudinal direction with its another end being connected to an end part of the second cross member 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
