PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle rear part structure capable of suppressing body deformation during a vehicle rear end collision.SOLUTION: A vehicle rear part structure 11 includes: a pair of left and right rear side members 12; a rear cross member 14 which connects the pair of left and right rear side members 12 in a vehicle width direction; a second rear side member 16 in which a front end part 46 is arranged to face a rear wall part 48 of the rear cross member 14; a rear suspension member 18 formed by including a suspension member side part 58 and a suspension member rear cross part 60; a rear differential gear box 20 which is mounted in the suspension member rear cross part 60; a reinforcement member 22 which is provided at a position corresponding to a vehicle front side of the rear wall part 48 in the rear cross member 14 and the front end part 46 of the second rear side member 16; and a load transmission member 24 which is provided at a position corresponding to the reinforcement member 22 in the suspension member side part 58.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
