To enable a flying object to acquire more information on the topographic front while avoiding the reduction of photographing efficiency of the flying object.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an information processing apparatus for generating a flight path for the flight of a flying object. The information processing apparatus comprises a processing section. The processing section acquires topographic information in a flight range of the flight of the flying object, generates, based on the topographic information in the flight range, a flight path comprising photographing positions, where the topography in the flight range is photographed, in three-dimensional space, and derives a photographing angle for each photographing position in the flight path on the basis of the topographic information in the flight range and the flight path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
