To provide a gearshift device which can inhibit rattling between a control lever and a slide member to improve the quality and enables sliding of the slide member to be smoothly performed to maintain operability.SOLUTION: A gearshift device 1 includes: a control lever 2 which can operate a transmission of a vehicle by rotation operation; a slide member 3 which is attached to the control lever 2 and can slide in a longitudinal direction of the control lever 2; a coil spring 5 which biases the slide member 3 to an initial position; a bracket B to which the control lever 2 is rotatably attached; and an abutting part 3d which is formed at the slide member 3 and contacts with the control lever 2. The abutting part 3d includes: a contact part 3da which contacts with the control lever 2; and an extension part 3db which is formed with the contact part 3da and extends in a slide direction of the slide member 3 while elastically deformed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
