To provide a transportation vehicle and a cargo handling gear capable of improving a loading/unloading workability of cargoes.SOLUTION: In a transportation vehicle 1, a holding part 6 comprises an angle adjustment mechanism 13 to adjust an angle of a suction part 10 with respect to an arm part 7. In this case, the angle adjustment mechanism 13 can adjust the angle of the suction part 10 according to a position where a cargo W is placed. For example, the angle adjustment mechanism 13 can adjust so that a suction surface 21a is parallel to the side surface of the cargo W by adjusting the angle so that the suction part 10 tilts backward. That is, the suction part 10 can approach to the cargo W in the state that the suction surface 21a is opposed to the side surface of the cargo W.
