To realize a floor structure of a cargo chamber of a truck characterized in that water does not enter inside the cargo chamber from a gap between a stringer and a floorboard.SOLUTION: A floor structure to which the present invention is applied includes: a stringer 10; plural crossbeams 30 that are orthogonal to the stringer 10 and juxtaposed in parallel with one another along the stringer 10; at least two floorboards 40 that are disposed adjacently to the stringer 10 over the plural crossbeams 30 along the stringer 10; and a water stop cover 50 that is disposed along the stringer 10 over the stringer 10 and the floorboards 40 adjacent to the stringer. The water stop cover 50 includes: a center part 54 that shields the stringer 10; and a pair of flanges 55 and 56 that join the center part 54 and intervene between the floorboards 40 adjacent to the stringer 10 and the crossbeams 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
