To provide a method for detecting a rubber distortion from the physical property change of rubber itself, and a device thereof.SOLUTION: A tire inner surface distortion detection device 10 comprises: a circuit pattern 11 which has, on the inner surface of the tire 20, a capacitance portion consisting of two patterns formed of elastic conductive ink and arranged so as to face each other, a terminal portion for measuring the alternating current flowing through the capacitance portion, and a conductive portion connecting the capacitance portion to the terminal portion, and in which an interval between the two patterns is narrower than the interval of patterns facing each other of the patterns forming the conductive portion; an alternating current power supply 12 for applying an AC voltage having a plurality of frequencies to the circuit pattern 11; an ammeter 13 for detecting the AC current flowing through the capacitance portion for each frequency; complex impedance calculating means 14 for calculating complex impedance for each frequency of the capacitance portion; and tire inner surface distortion detecting means 15 for detecting the tire inner surface distortion from real parts and imaginary parts of the calculated plurality of pieces of complex impedance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ゴム自身の物性変化からゴムの歪みを検出する方法とその装置を提供する。【解決手段】タイヤ内面歪み検出装置10を、タイヤ20の内面側に、伸縮性導電インクにより形成された、互いに対向するように配置された2つのパターンから成る容量部、容量部に流れる交流電流を計測するための端子部、及び、容量部と端子部とを接続する導電部を有し、かつ、2つのパターンの間隔が、導電部を形成するパターンのうちの互いに対向するパターンの間隔よりも狭い回路パターン11と、回路パターン11に複数の周波数を有する交流電圧を印加する交流電源12と、容量部に流れる交流電流を周波数毎に検出する電流計13と、容量部の周波数毎の複素インピーダンスを算出する複素インピーダンス算出手段14と、算出された複数の複素インピーダンスの実数部と虚数部とからタイヤ内面歪みを検出するタイヤ内面歪み検出手段15とから構成した。【選択図】図1
