To provide a measurement device enabling high-accuracy position measurement and also to provide a power receiving device, a power transmitting device, a flying object and a flying system related to the same.SOLUTION: A position measurement device 12 which is an example of a measurement device includes: at least five antennas 121 for receiving pilot signals; and a phase difference meter 125 for measuring the phase difference between pilot signals received by the antenna 121. The signal related to the phase difference measured by the phase difference meter 125 is inputted into a position calculation part 127. Based on the phase difference measured by the phase difference meter 125, a position calculation part 127 calculates a transmission position where the pilot signals are transmitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
