To provide a vehicular temperature control device which can quickly realize hyperthermia comfort felt by a crewman.SOLUTION: This vehicular temperature control device comprises: a hot air heater; an interior heating heater which controls an interior surface temperature Tw; an interior surface temperature detection sensor which detects the interior surface temperature Tw; a clothing temperature detection sensor which detects a clothing temperature Tcl of a crewman; a skin temperature detection sensor which detects a skin temperature Tsk of the crewman; and an electronic control unit which controls the interior heating heater according to a first temperature index R as a difference between the clothing temperature Tcl and the interior surface temperature Tw, and controls the hot air heater according to a second temperature index C as a difference between the skin temperature Tsk and the clothing temperature Tcl.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
