To provide a construction ship operation management system capable of visually judging a change course in order to prevent approach.SOLUTION: A construction ship operation management system is comprised of: a master ship 1; an AIS device 2 that is provided in the master ship 1 and receives AIS information of a target ship 4 equipped with an AIS device 3; a GNSS receiver 8; a slave station ship 6 for sending ship information of the ship obtained by the GNSS receiver 8 to the master ship 1; a display monitor for displaying the course information and position information of the master ship 1 and the target ship 4 as vectors 21 and 24, and for displaying predicted positions of the master ship 1 and the target ship 4 after the elapse of a plurality of set times as the vectors 21 and 24 based on the ship information of the target ship 4 by the AIS information, and the ship information of the master ship 1 and the ship information of the slave station ship 6 obtained by the GNSS receiver 8, so that an approach position and time with the target ship 4 can be intuitively known.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
