To suppress uselessness in generation of a travel plan for a driving assist vehicle that utilizes information acquired using a communication resource in positioning a vehicle.SOLUTION: A travel plan generator comprises: a recommended route determination unit 340 for generating a recommended route in movement of a driving assist vehicle capable of providing driving assistance according to information acquired using a communication resource, while providing driving assistance for the vehicle by performing positioning by an autonomous sensor; a communication resource map storage unit 334 for storing a communication resource map; a positioning accuracy map storage unit 333 for storing a positioning accuracy map; and a request specification unit 338 for specifying a requested communication resource amount. The recommended route determination unit 340 generates a recommended route for a point, as a candidate for the recommended route, whose positioning accuracy on the positioning accuracy map is greater than or equal to a threshold even when the communication resource amount on the communication resource map for the point does not satisfy the requested communication resource amount, and a point, as a candidate for the recommended route, whose positioning accuracy on the positioning accuracy map is less than a threshold and which satisfies the requested communication resource amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

    【課題】通信資源を用いて取得する情報を車両の測位に利用する運転支援車両についての走行計画の生成の無駄を抑えることを可能にする。【解決手段】自律センサによって測位を行ってその車両の運転支援を行う一方、通信資源を用いて取得する情報によって運転支援を行うことも可能な運転支援車両が移動する際の推奨経路を生成する推奨経路決定部340と、通信資源マップを格納する通信資源マップ格納部334と、測位精度マップを格納する測位精度マップ格納部333と、要求通信資源量を特定する要求特定部338とを備え、推奨経路決定部340は、通信資源マップでの通信資源量が、要求通信資源量を満たさない地点であっても、測位精度マップでの測位精度が閾値以上の地点であれば、推奨経路の候補とし、測位精度マップでの測位精度が閾値未満の地点については、要求通信資源量を満たす地点を推奨経路の候補として、推奨経路を生成する。【選択図】図9
