To improve an anti-shock performance for an inclined portion inclined outwardly relative to a vehicle toward a rear section of the vehicle from a front section of the vehicle as viewed from the top in a pair of floor members of a vehicular body structure.SOLUTION: A vehicular body structure 20 includes: a floor panel that is a floor section of a compartment space; and a left floor member 50 that includes a left inclined portion 54 inclined outwardly relative to a vehicle from a front section of the vehicle to a rear section of the vehicle and a right floor member 52 that includes a right inclined portion 56, as viewed from the top. The vehicular body structure further includes: a battery support frame 80 provided at a lower section of the vehicle relative to the left floor member 50 and the right floor member 52; and a fastening portion 120 or the like that fixes the battery support frame 80 to the floor panel via the left floor member 50 and the right floor member 52. The battery support frame 80 is fastened to the left inclined portion 54 and to the right inclined portion 56 via the fastening portion 120 or the like, relative to the floor panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
