To obtain a vehicular body structure capable of enhancing the degree of freedom for an external appearance design in a structure in which a side member formed of aluminum and a wheel house formed of iron are joined to each other.SOLUTION: A vehicular body 10 has a rear side member 16 which is formed of aluminum and a wheel house 34 which is formed of iron joined to each other via a side member R/F 30 formed of iron present therebetween. In this structure, the rear side member 16 and the side member R/F 30 are joined at a first joined portion 40, and the wheel house 34 and the side member R/F 30 are joined at a second joined portion 44. Moreover, the second joined portion 44 is formed at a location that does not overlap the first joined portion 40 and the rear side member 16 as viewed in the vehicle widthwise direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
