To provide a power consumption control system for a vehicle driving battery which is capable of charging a vehicle driving battery so that its remaining capacity reaches a minimum capacity required for driving of the vehicle, even when an on-vehicle electrical device is in use.SOLUTION: A power consumption control system for a vehicle driving battery prioritizes charging of the vehicle driving battery 16 when a remaining capacity of the vehicle driving battery 16 is lower than a first prescribed value required for driving the vehicle, by restricting power supply amount from the vehicle driving battery 16 to on-vehicle electrical devices 18-22. As a result, it is capable of charging the vehicle driving battery 16 so that its remaining capacity reaches a first prescribed value quickly even when an external power source 40 is brought into connection while any of the on-vehicle electrical devices 18-22 are in use.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】外部電源が接続され、車載電装機器が使用されている状態でも車両駆動用バッテリの残存容量を車両走行可能な最低限の容量まで充電可能な車両駆動用バッテリの電力消費コントロールシステムを提供する。【解決手段】車両駆動用バッテリ16の残存容量が車両走行に必要な最低限の容量である第1所定値よりも小さい場合には、車両駆動用バッテリ16から車載電装機器18〜22への給電量を制限することにより車両駆動用バッテリ16に対する充電を優先する。この結果、外部電源40の接続時に、車載電装機器18〜22が使用されていても車両駆動用バッテリ16の残存容量を第1所定値まで迅速に充電することができる。【選択図】図2
