To provide a land placement device capable of safely and easily placing a small vessel on land by easy prevention of overturning of a rack arranged on a ground surface without being fixed.SOLUTION: A skeleton structure 11 of a rack 2 includes a support pillar 3, a longitudinal connection member 5 and a horizontal connection member 7, an overturning prevention material 13 which is longer than the length in the vessel length direction in the skeleton structure 11 is inserted in the vessel length direction capable of being inserted and extracted in a position below the horizontal connection member 7 of the rack 2 installed on a ground surface b, at least each of both ends of the overturning prevention material 13 are grounded on the ground surface b by projecting on both sides in the vessel length direction of the rack 2, and the overturning prevention material 13 and the skeleton structure 11 are connected to be capable of being separated through a hook 14 restraining the horizontal connection member 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】地上面に固定せずに配置したラックの転倒を簡単に防止できるようにし、小型船舶を安全にして簡単に陸置きできる陸置き装置を提供する。【解決手段】ラック2の骨組み構造体11を支柱3と縦連結材5と横連結材7とからなるものとし、骨組み構造体11での船長方向の長さより長尺な転倒防止材13を、地上面bに設置のラック2の横連結材7の下位置に抜き差し可能にして船長方向に挿し入れて、少なくとも転倒防止材7の両端それぞれが、ラック2の船長方向での両側に張り出て地上面bに接地しており、横連結材7に係止するフック14を介して転倒防止材13と骨組み構造体11とを分離可能に連結した。【選択図】図2
