PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a drawback that reaction speed is slow in a conventional placement table.SOLUTION: A placement table device consists of: a base body 2 which is placed on or fixed to a placing/fixing object 1; a placement table 5 which is supported on the base body 2 in a tiltable manner and places an object 4 to be placed; tilting means 6 which tilts the placement table 5 relative to the base body 2 around each of two axes passing through a placement surface 5a of the placement table 5; a triaxial acceleration sensor 11 disposed on the base body 2 or the placement table 5; and arithmetic operation means 12 which tilts the placement table 5 around each of the axes by a desired amount using the tilting means 6, on the basis of information of the triaxial acceleration sensor 11. The tilting means 6 consists of at least three separating/approaching mechanism parts 6a that cause at least three places of the placement table 5 respectively to separate/approach the base body 2.

    【課題】従来の載置台は反応速度が遅いという欠点があった。【解決手段】本発明の載置台装置は、被載置固定物1に載置又は固定されるベース体2と、このベース体2に傾動自在に支持した、被載置物4を載置する載置台5と、上記載置台5を上記ベース体2に対して、この載置台5の載置面5aを通る2軸の各軸周りで傾動させる傾動手段6と、上記ベース体2又は載置台5に設けた3軸加速度センサ11と、上記3軸加速度センサ11の情報に基づき、上記傾動手段6により上記載置台5を各各軸周りで所望量傾動させる演算作動手段12とよりなり、上記傾動手段6は、上記載置台5の少なくとも3か所を上記ベース体2に対してそれぞれ相対的に離接させる、少なくとも3つの離接機構部6aよりなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
