To provide an operation control device of a crane changing a speed while maintaining a programmed movement trajectory before operation and capable of restricting a deflection of a suspension load.SOLUTION: An operation control device of a crane for performing a lift and a movement in a horizontal direction of a suspension load and transporting it to a target destination, comprises a trajectory generation unit 41 for generating a movement trajectory of a suspension load 20 beforehand, a function generation unit 42 for generating a function for representing a relation between a position in a horizontal direction and a height of the suspension load 20 in the movement trajectory, a vertical direction command updating unit 53 for updating successively a height at which the suspension load 20 should be according to a horizontal direction position, a vertical direction control unit 54 for generating a vertical direction speed command value on the basis of the vertical direction position command value, a vertical direction drive unit for lifting the suspension load 20 according to the vertical direction speed command value, a speed adjustment pattern calculation unit 51 for generating the vertical direction speed command value on the basis of a speed change rate in a horizontal direction, a horizontal direction command value updating unit 52, a horizontal direction control unit 55 and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】運転前に予定した移動軌跡を維持しながら速度変更を行い、吊り荷の振れを抑制可能としたクレーンの運転制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】吊り荷の昇降及び水平方向の移動を行って目標位置まで搬送するクレーンの運転制御装置において、吊り荷20の移動軌跡を予め作成する軌跡作成部41と、移動軌跡における吊り荷20の水平方向位置と高さとの関係を示す関数を作成する関数作成部42と、水平方向位置に応じて吊り荷20があるべき高さを前記関数により逐次更新する垂直方向指令値更新部53と、垂直方向位置指令値に基づいて垂直方向速度指令値を生成する垂直方向制御部54と、垂直方向速度指令値に従って吊り荷20を昇降させる垂直方向駆動部と、水平方向の速度変化量に基づいて垂直方向速度指令値を生成するための加減速パターン演算部51、水平方向指令値更新部52、水平方向制御部55等を備える。【選択図】図3
