To provide an operation control device of a crane capable of being transported in short time while restricting a deflection of a suspension load.SOLUTION: Trajectory generating means 51 for generating a movement trajectory of a suspension load 20, trolley speed pattern generating means 52 for generating each speed pattern on the basis of a movement trajectory and hoist speed pattern generating means 56, and drive mechanisms 61 and 62 for moving the suspension load in horizontal/vertical directions according to each speed pattern are provided. The hoist speed pattern generating means 56 has first limit speed determination means 53 for determining a first limit speed in adjusting a trolley speed, second limit speed determination means 54 for determining a second limit speed an absolute value of which is greater than the first limit speed and equal to or less than a rating speed before trolley activation and has speed adjustment start point determination means 55 for determining a height of the suspension load 20 at a point of speed adjustment start time between respective limit speeds as a speed adjustment start point and generates a speed pattern in which there is no simultaneous speed adjustment period of the trolley and the hoist.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
