To obtain a vehicle member joint structure which can inhibit electric corrosion occurring between a rivet made of iron and a first member made of light metal.SOLUTION: A first joint structure S30 serving as a vehicle member joint structure includes: a plate-like roof panel 16 made of light-metal; a plate-like front header 32 made of light metal; a rivet 34 which has a shaft part 34A penetrating through the roof panel 16 and a head part 34B remaining at a front surface side of the roof panel 16, couples the roof panel 16 to the front header 32 by the shaft part 34A being welded to the front header 32, and is made of iron; and a waterproof material 36 which covers an area where the rivet 34 and the roof panel 16 are brought into contact with each other so as to prevent entry of water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
