PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a member for a vehicle and a joint method of the member for the vehicle which can maintain a joint state of a metal member and a resin member at the time of heating while suppressing thermal distortion caused by a difference in linear expansion of the metal member and the resin member.SOLUTION: A joint structure of a member for a vehicle includes a metal member constituting the member for the vehicle, a resin member 12 joined to the metal member, and an adhesive 30 which is provided between the metal member and the resin member 12, joins both of the members and has a lower elastic modulus than those of the metal member and the resin member 12, where a first through hole 28C is formed on the metal member, a second through hole 12A is formed coaxially with the first through hole 28C on the resin member 12, a fastening member 32 fastening the metal member and the resin member 12 is inserted through the first through hole 28C and the second through hole 12A, and a space between at least one of the first through hole 28C and the second through hole 12A and the fastening member 32 is larger than a linear expansion difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】金属部材と樹脂部材との線膨張差による熱ひずみを抑制しつつ、加熱時に金属部材と樹脂部材との接合状態を良好に維持することができる車両用部材の接合構造及び車両用部材の接合方法を得る。【解決手段】車両用部材の接合構造は、車両用部材を構成する金属部材と、金属部材に接合される樹脂部材12と、金属部材と樹脂部材12との間に設けられて両者を接合すると共に、金属部材及び樹脂部材12よりも弾性率が低い接着剤30と、を有し、金属部材には第1貫通孔28Cが形成され、樹脂部材12には第1貫通孔28Cと同軸上に第2貫通孔12Aが形成されており、第1貫通孔28C及び第2貫通孔12Aには、金属部材と樹脂部材12とを締結する締結部材32が挿通されており、第1貫通孔28C及び第2貫通孔12Aの少なくとも一方と締結部材32との隙間が、線膨張差よりも大きい。【選択図】図3
