To provide a door pinch detection device which can improve a detection accuracy of door pinch, and a door opening/closing apparatus.SOLUTION: A door pinch detection device 1 detects whether a door 30, which opens/closes an entrance of a vehicle, is in a pinched state or not. The door pinch detection device 1 comprises: an acquisition part 11 which acquires an output signal from detection sensors 53, 54 which detect deformation of elastic members 51, 52 fitted to door ends of doors 31, 32; a detection signal generating part 12 which performs processing for reducing an influence of oscillation due to travel of the vehicle which is included in the output signal acquired by the acquisition part 11, and generates a detection signal; and a judgement part 13 which judges whether the door is in the pinched state or not on the basis of the detection signal obtained by the detection signal generating part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】戸挟みの検知精度を高めることのできる戸挟み検知装置及びドア開閉装置を提供する。【解決手段】戸挟み検知装置1は、車両の乗降口を開閉するドア30が戸挟み状態であるか否かを検知する。戸挟み検知装置1は、ドア31,32の戸先に取り付けられた弾性部材51,52の変形を検知する検知センサ53,54からの出力信号を取得する取得部11と、取得部11が取得した出力信号に含まれる車両の走行による振動の影響を低減する処理を行って検知信号を生成する検知信号生成部12と、検知信号生成部により得られた検知信号に基づいて戸挟み状態であるか否かを判定する判定部13とを備える。【選択図】図1
