To achieve more reductions in the weight of an iron member and frictional agitation junction cost and higher reliability of anti-corrosion than the conventional.SOLUTION: A sub-frame structure 10 is constituted by connecting a frame front part 12 and a frame rear part 14 running along vehicle longitudinal direction with each other. The frame front part 12 has higher strength than the frame rear part 14 and the strength of the sub-frame is partially changed. The frame front part 12 comprises alloy galvanized steel (GA steel sheet) with electrodeposition coating. A rear cross panel 24 of the frame rear part 14 comprises galvanized steel (GI steel sheet) with electrodeposition coating, and a rear cross member 22 of aluminum die cast and a rear cross panel 24 of galvanized steel (GI steel sheet) are integrally joined to each other by frictional agitation junction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
