To properly manage, in a maintenance inspection work for an elevator, a safety of a maintenance person performing the maintenance inspection work without reducing work efficiency.SOLUTION: The management device 330 for managing a maintenance person 250 inspecting an elevator 210 comprises: a maintenance person state management unit 334 determining a safety confirmation time point in response to a latest state of the maintenance person 250 identified by a dynamic state transmitted from a mobile terminal 230 of the maintenance person; and the safety confirmation unit 335 performing a safety confirmation processing for the maintenance person 250. The safety confirmation unit 335 automatically postpones the safety confirmation time point if the inspection is still being done when the safety confirmation time point comes, and the safety confirmation unit reports the automatic postponement to the manager at the time of the first and the second postponements, and moreover,reports the automatic postponement also to the maintenance person 250 at the second postponement when the maintenance person 250 works at a working place allowing contact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】エレベーターの保守点検作業において、作業効率を低下させず、保守点検作業を行う保守員の安全を適正に管理する。【解決手段】エレベーター210の点検を行う保守員250を管理する保守員管理装置330は、保守員携帯端末230から送信された動態により特定される保守員250の最新の状態に応じて、安否確認時刻を決定する保守員状態管理部334と、保守員250の安否確認処理を行う安否確認部335と、を備え、安否確認部335は、安否確認時刻が到来しても、点検中である場合、自動的に安否確認時刻を延長し、初回および2回目の延長時は、管理者に自動延長連絡を行い、2回目の延長時は、保守員250が連絡可能な作業位置で作業を行っている場合、さらに、保守員250にも自動延長連絡を行う。【選択図】図1
