To provide an unmanned aircraft management device, an unmanned aircraft management method and a program, which can properly and safely manage the flight of an unmanned aircraft.SOLUTION: An unmanned aircraft management device 10 comprises: an acquisition part 11 that acquires a planned flight route of an unmanned aircraft and the map data of a region including the planned flight route; a section setting part 12 that divides the region including the planned flight route and sets a plurality of sections by using the map data; a section specifying part 13 that specifies, among the plurality of sections, the sections including the planned flight route and the sections corresponding to areas in which the flight of the unmanned aircraft is prohibited; and a determination part 14 that compares the sections including the planned flight route with the sections corresponding to the areas in which flight is prohibited and determines whether or not there are coincident sections.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
