To regulate the rotation of a propeller shaft when fastening a fastening bolt by a simple structure, in the propeller shaft having a constant velocity joint and a shaft member which is connected to the constant velocity joint at one end side, and connected to a pipe at the other end side while being internally fit thereto.SOLUTION: In a propeller shaft 100 having a constant velocity joint 3 having an inner ring member 8 and an outer ring member 7 fastened with a bolt 16, a first propeller shaft 1, and an integrally/rotatably-connected stub shaft 20 which is integrally and rotatably connected to the inner ring 8 at one end side, and internally fit to the first propeller shaft 1 at the other end side, a flange part 25 abutting on an end face 1A of the first propeller shaft 1 is formed at an external peripheral face of the stub shaft 20, and a lock part 26 which is lockable with a rotation regulation tool for regulating the rotation of the stub shaft 20 is formed at the flange part 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
