To provide a traveling management system enabling a power storage part to be replaced in a suitable period, by diagnosing performance of the power storage part such as a capacitor or the like that is installed in an on-vehicle device, and grasping a future deterioration state of the power storage part in advance with high accuracy.SOLUTION: There is provided a traveling management system comprising a traveling information acquisition part 11a for acquiring traveling data indicating traveling information of a vehicle; and an on-vehicle device 10 for processing the traveling data by using electric power stored by a power storage part, that includes the power storage part charged according to the start of the vehicle. The traveling management system comprises a charging time acquisition part 12 for acquiring charging time data indicating charging time during which the power storage part is charged from a first voltage to a second voltage; and a diagnostic part 23 for diagnosing performance of the power storage part, by using a plurality of charging time data acquired by the charging time acquisition part as a parameter, in a server device 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
