To provide technique of enabling prediction control under moving blocking.SOLUTION: Assuming that a target train 10 makes it closest approach to a preceding train 12 while satisfying a train interval condition by a moving blocking system after the elapse of a time TA after the preceding train 12 left a station at a predicted departure time, an Obi contact 24 of position (closest approach position) P, velocity (closest approach velocity) V, and time (closest approach time) of the target train 10 at the time is calculated. Next, an approach point 20 of position (designation position) P, velocity (designation velocity) V, and time (designation time) of the target train 10 is calculated when it can reach the closet approach position Pat the closest approach time at the closest approach velocity Vof the Obi contact 24 by meandering driving, and make its closest approach to the preceding train 12 that continue stopping even after the lapse of the predicted departure time while satisfying the train interval condition by the moving blocking system. Moreover, a running curve for controlling the target train 10 is created such that the target train 10 reaches the designation position Pat the designation time at the designation velocity Vof this approach point 20 by meandering driving.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】移動閉そく下での予測制御を実現可能とする技術を提供すること。【解決手段】先行列車12が予測発時刻に駅を発車してから時間TAが経過した後に、移動閉そく方式による列車間隔条件を満たしながら、先行列車12に対象列車10が最接近するとして、そのときの、対象列車10の位置(最接近位置)PS、速度(最接近速度)VS、及び、時刻(最接近時刻)であるオビ接点24を算出する。次いで、オビ接点24の最接近時刻に最接近位置PSに最接近速度VSでだ行運転で到達可能であって、予測発時刻を経過しても停車を継続する先行列車12に、移動閉そく方式による列車間隔条件を満たしながら最接近するときの対象列車10の位置(指定位置)PD、速度(指定速度)VD、及び、時刻(指定時刻)である接近点20を算出する。そして、この接近点20の指定位置PDに指定速度VDで指定時刻にだ行運転で到達するように、対象列車10を制御するための運転曲線を作成する。【選択図】図2
