To effectively utilize surplus exhaust energy at low costs without excessively increasing an installation space in a supercharger surplus power recovery device of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A supercharger surplus power recovery device includes an internal combustion engine driven by electronically controlling an operation device operated by hydraulic pressure, a supercharger attached to the internal combustion engine, a first hydraulic pump connected to the supercharger to be rotated and driven by the supercharger and generating hydraulic pressure, a second hydraulic pump rotated and driven by rotation of a motor and generating hydraulic pressure, a hydraulic pressure adjustment mechanism for adjusting the hydraulic pressure to be supplied to the operation device between the first hydraulic pressure generated by the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic pressure generated by the second hydraulic pump, and a controller for electronically controlling the operation device. The controller controls the hydraulic pressure adjustment mechanism so that the hydraulic pressure supplied to the operation device is the hydraulic pressure generated by the second hydraulic pressure under a condition that a generation amount of the first hydraulic pressure is less than a prescribed amount, and the hydraulic pressure supplied to the operation device includes the hydraulic pressure generated by the first hydraulic pump under a condition excluding the above condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】内燃機関の過給機余剰動力回収装置において、設置スペースが過大とならず、低コストで、余剰排気エネルギを有効利用する。【解決手段】過給機余剰動力回収装置は、油圧で作動する作動機器を電子制御することにより駆動される内燃機関と、前記内燃機関に付属する過給機と、前記過給機に連結されて前記過給機により回転駆動されて油圧を生成させる第1油圧ポンプと、電動機の回転により回転駆動されて油圧を生成させる第2油圧ポンプと、前記第1油圧ポンプで生成した第1油圧と前記第2油圧ポンプで生成した第2油圧との間で前記作動機器へ供給する油圧を調整する油圧調整機構と、前記作動機器を電子制御するコントローラと、を備える。前記コントローラは、前記第1油圧の生成量が、所定量未満の条件では、前記作動機器へ供給される油圧は前記第2油圧ポンプで生成した油圧であり、前記条件以外のとき、前記作動機器へ供給される油圧は前記第1油圧ポンプで生成した油圧を含むように、前記油圧調整機構を制御する。【選択図】 図1
