To provide an elevator device which maintains an opening state of a stand-by type brake, enables an operation of an elevator even if a failure occurs in an uninterruptible power supply device so that the output side voltage is lost.SOLUTION: An elevator device comprises: a stand-by type brake 1 which grasps a main rope when a car runs in an opening state of a door provided in the car and outside the range in which running of the car in the opening state of the door is allowed, and opens the main rope at the time other than the above; a control board 3 which is connected to a commercial power supply and controls the stand-by type brake according to a state of the door; an uninterruptible power supply device 2 which is provided between the control board 3 and the stand-by type brake 1, and relays electric power from the control board 3 to the stand-by type brake 1; and a contact point 8 which is provided in parallel with the uninterruptible power supply device 2 between the control board 3 and the stand-by type brake 1, becomes the opening state when electric power is supplied from the uninterruptible power supply device 2, and becomes a closing state when electric power is not supplied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】無停電電源装置に故障が発生してその出力側電圧が無くなっても、待機型ブレーキの開放状態を維持し、エレベータが運行可能となるエレベータ装置を提供する。【解決手段】乗りかごに設けられたドアが開放状態かつ、ドアの開放状態での乗りかごの走行が許容される範囲外で乗りかごが走行した時に主ロープを把持し、上記以外の時に主ロープを開放する待機型ブレーキ1と、商用電源に接続され、ドアの状態に応じて待機型ブレーキを制御する制御盤3と、制御盤3と待機型ブレーキ1の間に設けられ、制御盤3から待機型ブレーキ1への電力を中継する無停電電源装置2と、制御盤3と待機型ブレーキ1の間に無停電電源装置2と並列に設けられ、無停電電源装置2から電力の供給があるときに開状態となり供給がないときに閉状態となる接点8とを具備するエレベーター装置。【選択図】図7
