To provide a vehicle power conversion device capable of suppressing a device from being enlarged even in using an electrical apparatus with an insufficient dielectric voltage.SOLUTION: A vehicle power conversion device includes an electrical apparatus, a support member, a cooler and an insulation member. The electrical apparatus is installed on a vehicle. The support member is fixed with the electrical apparatus. The cooler receives heat from the electrical apparatus for heat radiation. The insulation member is arranged between the support member and the cooler and is larger in outer shape than the support member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
