The invention provides a power conversion device for a vehicle, which can restrain a load from being applied to a connector unit arranged in a storage shell even under the condition that an object collides from the front of the vehicle due to collision of the vehicle and the like. A power control unit (30) is mounted in a forecabin (FRM) of a vehicle (V), and is provided with a DC/DC converter (303), a housing case, and a low-voltage connector unit provided in the housing case. A first protruding portion and a second protruding portion are provided in a front-side region of the housing case. The low-voltage connector unit is provided so as to be located rearward of a first imaginary line (VL1) when viewed from the vertical direction, and at least a portion of the low-voltage connector unit is located between a first tangent point (P1), which is a common tangent line between the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion, and a second tangent point (P2), which is a tangent point between the first imaginary line and the first protruding portion, in the left-right direction. The second tangency point is a tangency point of the first imaginary line and the second protruding portion.
