To cause a vehicle to safely enter in even a flooded road.SOLUTION: A waterway travel control device 1 for so controlling a vehicle 10 as to travel on a flooded road comprises: a storage part 16 which has previously stored water depth/entering vehicle speed data 163 in which a water depth of a flooded part and a vehicle speed, at which entering in the flooded part of said water depth is possible, are associated with each other; and an ECU 15. The ECU 15 estimates a water depth of a flooded part in the front of a vehicle 10 before the vehicle enters in the flooded part, and sets an upper limit of a vehicle speed based on said water depth and said water depth/entering vehicle speed data 163 in the case that an estimated water depth of the flooded part is a specified value or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
