To provide a production method of a conjugate diene polymer, by which physical properties of a polymer to be produced are prevented from degrading as well as processability of the polymer can be improved, and to provide a rubber composition and a tire using the polymer.SOLUTION: The production method of a conjugate diene polymer comprises solution polymerization of a conjugate diene compound monomer (1) expressed by general formula (1) (where Rand Rrepresent a hydrogen atom or the like) in the presence of a metal catalyst. In the production method, a protonic organic compound (2) expressed by general formula (2): R-(X)-OH (where Rrepresents a hydrocarbon group having 9 to 30 carbon atoms; and X represents CO or the like) is used as a polymerization terminator, and/or a metal salt of the protonic organic compound (2) is used as an additive after terminating the polymerization.SELECTED DRAWING: None
