PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire X-ray inspection system which can effectively suppress the generation of a metal artifact or the like while simplifying a constitution of a tire support device.SOLUTION: This tire X-ray inspection system 1 comprises a tire support device 2 for supporting a test tire 10; a load imparting device 3 for imparting a burden load to the test tire 10; an X-ray source 4 for radiating an X-ray toward the test tire 10; and an X-ray detector 5 for detecting the X-ray. The support device 2 comprises: a grounding machine platen 21 having a grounded face 211 with respect to the test tire 10; a tire shaft 23 for supporting the test tire 10 on the grounded face 211 of the grounding machine platen 21; and a shaft support structure 22 for connecting the grounding machine platen 21 and the tire shaft 23, and supporting the tire shaft 23. When defining an inspection region from the grounded face 211 of the grounding machine platen 21 up to a prescribed height position, a ratio D1 of a constituent member 221 of the shaft support structure 22 and a fixed member 222 in the inspection region is within a range of D1≤5.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】タイヤ支持装置の構成を簡素化しつつメタルアーチファクト等の発生を効果的に抑制できるタイヤX線検査システムを提供すること。【解決手段】このタイヤX線検査システム1は、試験タイヤ10を支持するタイヤ支持装置2と、試験タイヤ10に負荷荷重を付与する荷重付加装置3と、試験タイヤ10に向けてX線を放射するX線源4と、X線を検出するX線検出器5とを備える。また、タイヤ支持装置2が、試験タイヤ10に対する被接地面211を有する接地定盤21と、接地定盤21の被接地面211上で試験タイヤ10を支持するタイヤ軸23と、接地定盤21およびタイヤ軸23を連結してタイヤ軸23を支持する軸支持構造22とを備える。また、接地定盤21の被接地面211から所定の高さ位置までの検査領域を定義するときに、当該検査領域における軸支持構造22の構成部材221および固定部材222の比重D1が、D1≦5.0の範囲にある。【選択図】図1
