PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an omni-directional driving wheel and an omni-directional movable body which have high performance for getting over a step and a gap, and can be moved in an optional direction while being actively rotated.SOLUTION: A first rotor 11 and a second rotor 12 have an annular shape having an external surface in which the left and right of a spherical surface are symmetrically cut off, and are inserted in mutual inner sides and are linearly connected. A rotation transmission part 13 has a helical gear 13a which is located inside the first rotor 11 and the second rotor 12 so as to contact an inside surface of the first rotor 11, which is located inside the second rotor 12, and an inside surface of the second rotor 12, which is located inside the first rotor 11, respectively, and which is so provided as to be rotatable around a prescribed axis. The first rotor 11 and the second rotor 12 have helical internal gears 11a, 12a which are respectively provided on inside surfaces along a circumferential direction so as to be engaged with the helical gear 13a of the rotation transmission part 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
