PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core support-type pneumatic tire that can improve durability of a pneumatic tire during core traveling.SOLUTION: A core support-type pneumatic tire includes a pneumatic tire 3, and an annular core 4 for supporting the pneumatic tire 3 from the inside when internal pressure is decreased. The core 4 has an inside ring part 41, an outside ring part 42, and a web part 43 for connecting the inside and outside ring parts 41 and 42 to each other. The width Ro of the outside ring part 42 satisfies the inequality, 0.40≤Ro/TW≤0.95, with respect to the width TW of a tread part 31 of the pneumatic tire 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
