PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform changeover when a situation is appropriate but to postpone the performance of changeover when a situation is not appropriate at timing to perform changeover from an automatic driving mode into a manual driving mode.SOLUTION: A driving mode changeover control device 6 for outputting a signal to perform changeover from an automatic driving mode into a manual driving mode includes: an acquisition section 611 for acquiring sensing data expressing illuminance measured by an illuminance sensor 17 and storing the data in a storage section 631; a determination section 613 for determining whether an environment in a vehicle traveling direction satisfies a predetermined condition suitable for the changeover of a driving mode in a period predetermined to perform changeover on the basis of sensing data; and a signal output section 615 for outputting a signal to perform changeover when it is determined that an environment in a vehicle traveling direction satisfies a predetermined condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
