PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision energy absorption component for vehicle, capable of improving collision energy absorption effect when a collision load is input from the front or rear of a vehicle body and collision energy is absorbed after axial collapse.SOLUTION: The collision energy absorption component for vehicle is provided on the front or rear of a vehicle body and absorbs collision energy when a collision load is input from the front or rear of the vehicle body, and includes a cylindrical member 3 for absorbing collision energy after axial collapse and resin foam 9 charged into the cylindrical member 3. The cylindrical member 3 includes an opening part 11 for discharging the foam resin 9 to the outside during axial collapse, which is formed in a peripheral wall part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車体の前方又は後方から衝突荷重が入力し、軸圧壊して衝突エネルギーを吸収させるに際し、衝突エネルギー吸収効果を向上した自動車用衝突エネルギー吸収部品を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る自動車用衝突エネルギー吸収部品は、車体の前部又は後部に設けられ、該車体の前方又は後方から衝突荷重が入力した際に衝突エネルギーを吸収するものであって、軸圧壊して衝突エネルギーを吸収する筒状部材3と、筒状部材3内に充填された発泡樹脂9とを有し、筒状部材3は、軸圧壊する際に発泡樹脂9を外部に排出するための開口部11を周壁部に備えてなることを特徴とするものである。【選択図】図1
