PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate acceleration feeling of a continuously variable transmission vehicle.SOLUTION: An acceleration feeling estimation method estimates acceleration feeling in acceleration traveling of a continuously variable transmission vehicle. The acceleration feeling estimation method includes: an acquisition step of acquiring a plurality of parameters on an engine rotation speed and a sound pressure in the acceleration traveling of the continuously variable transmission vehicle to be estimated; and a calculation step of calculating an estimated value of the acceleration feeling based on the acquired plurality of parameters. The acceleration traveling includes acceleration regions in an initial stage, a middle stage and a final stage. The plurality of parameters are selected from parameters on the engine rotation speed and the sound pressure in the initial stage, parameters on the engine rotation speed and the sound pressure in the middle stage, and parameters on the engine rotation speed and the sound pressure in the final stage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
