PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the execution frequency of abnormality handling during lift control due to a decrement of incoming power from increasing in response to the situation of deviation from a regulation for existing equipment installed only with a railway crossing gate.SOLUTION: If a decrement of incoming power RV is detected during execution of drive control (Step S13: N), increment restraint processing is performed for restraining an increment of a driven current of a motor (Step S25). Furthermore, when the decrement of power incoming RV is no longer detected during execution of drive control (Step S12: Normal), slow restoration processing is performed for slowly restoring the restrained portion in the increment restraint processing (Step S22: Y, and S24). Further, the slow restoration processing is performed using an absolute power limit value Plp (absolute limit value) which is a fixed value, a current power limit value Plc (current limit value) which can be increased or decreased by a value less than the absolute power limit value Plp, and a limit current value Pm (current limit value) obtained by converting the current power limit value Plc to a current value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】受電圧の低下による昇降制御時の異常処理の実行頻度が設置先の既存設備における規制からの逸脱状況に応じて高まるのを踏切しゃ断機単独で回避する。【解決手段】駆動制御の実行中に受電圧RVの低下が検出されると(ステップS13N)、モータの駆動電流の増加を抑制する増加抑制処理を行う(ステップS25)。また、駆動制御の実行中に受電圧RVの低下が検出されなくなると(ステップS12正常)、増加抑制処理での抑制分を緩慢に回復させる緩慢回復処理を行う(ステップS22Y,S24)。さらに、その際、値の固定された絶対電力制限値Plp(絶対制限値)と、それ以下の値で増減変更しうる現電力制限値Plc(現制限値)と、それを電流値に換算した制限電流値Pm(現制限値)とを用いて行う。【選択図】 図1
