PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to execute motor drive control by acquiring a signal corresponding to a rotation angle of a motor output shaft in one way or another without requiring a dedicated device for rotation detection to execute motor drive control.SOLUTION: A railway crossing gate 1 includes a brushless motor 30 for rotating a motor output shaft 331 to lift and lower an intercepting bar 10, and a non-contact type electromagnetic brake 50 that is operated when the drive of the brushless motor 30 is stopped, and the intercepting bar 10 is positioned at a lifted position or a lowered position, and brakes the rotation of the motor output shaft (high speed shaft for brake) 331. A motor driver 60 controls the drive of the brushless motor 30 using a periodic change in an excitation voltage generated in the electromagnetic brake 50 by the rotation of the motor output shaft 331 during the lifting and lowering operations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】モータの駆動制御のための回転検出用の専用装置を不要とし、モータ出力軸の回転角に相応する信号を何らかの方法で取得してモータの駆動制御を行う技術を実現すること。【解決手段】踏切しゃ断機1は、モータ出力軸331を回転させてしゃ断棹10を昇降動作させるブラシレスモータ30と、ブラシレスモータ30の駆動が停止されてしゃ断棹10が上昇位置または下降位置に位置した際に作動し、モータ出力軸(制動用高速軸)331の回転を制動させる非接触式の電磁ブレーキ50とを備える。そして、モータドライバ60は、昇降動作中にモータ出力軸331の回転によって電磁ブレーキ50に発生する励磁電圧の周期的変化を用いて、ブラシレスモータ30の駆動を制御する。【選択図】図1
