PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a sense of incongruity when tachometer display is returned to actual engine speed display.SOLUTION: A control device 1 is disposed in a vehicle including: an engine 3; an automatic transmission 4 including a torque converter 10 and a non-stage transmission 30; and a tachometer 2 for displaying a value on the basis of actual engine speed Ne of the engine 3. The control device 1 includes: a display control part 1B which performs performance control for displaying performance engine speed Na instead of actual engine speed Ne on the tachometer 2 if the vehicle is in an acceleration state when the torque converter 10 is in a lock-up state; and a determination part 1A which determines success and failure of a termination condition including the fact that it is no longer in the acceleration state during performing the performance control. When a value obtained by subtracting the performance engine speed Na from the actual engine speed Ne at the time of termination condition establishment is higher than a first predetermined value N1, the display control part 1B holds the performance engine speed Na at the time of the termination condition establishment, and when the difference between the actual engine speed Ne and the performance engine speed Na is a second predetermined value N2 or less, the display control part 1B displays the actual engine speed Ne on the tachometer 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】タコメータ表示を実回転数に戻すときの違和感を抑制する。【解決手段】制御装置1は、エンジン3,トルクコンバータ10および無段変速機30を含む自動変速機4,エンジン3の実回転数Neに基づく値を表示するタコメータ2を具備した車両に設けられる。制御装置1には、トルクコンバータ10がロックアップ状態であるときに車両が加速状態であれば、実回転数Neに代えて演出回転数Naをタコメータ2に表示させる演出制御を実施する表示制御部1Bと、演出制御の実施中に加速状態でなくなったことを含む終了条件の成否を判定する判定部1Aとが設けられる。表示制御部1Bは、終了条件成立時点の実回転数Neから演出回転数Naを引いた値が第一所定値N1よりも高い場合に成立時点の演出回転数Naを保持するとともに、実回転数Neと演出回転数Naとの差が第二所定値N2以下になったら実回転数Neをタコメータ2に表示させる。【選択図】図1
