PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve complete dropout of a stay bolt upon occurrence of an input of a collision load as well as prevention of dropout except upon occurrence of such a collision load input.SOLUTION: A stay bolt 22 includes: a first bolt hole part 30 fastened against a body frame through a first bolt; a second bolt hole part fastened against a sub frame through a second bolt; a recessed part 40 disposed between the first bolt hole part 30 and the second bolt hole part and recessed downward; a chipped part 44 continuous to the first bolt hole part 30 and formed with a part of the recessed part 40 chipped. The dimension of the recessed part 40 in the depth direction is not less than a dimension of the head part of the first bolt in the height direction. A width dimension of the chipped part 44 along the axis straight direction of the stay bolt 22 is set to be smaller than the maximum outside diameter of the head part of the first bolt. The head part of the first bolt is provided to pass through a deformed chipped part 44 and to enter the inside of the recessed part 40 when a collision load is input against a vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】衝突荷重が入力されたときにステーを確実に脱落させると共に、衝突荷重入力時以外の脱落を防止すること。【解決手段】ステー22は、第1ボルトを介してボディフレームに締結される第1ボルト孔部30と、第2ボルトを介してサブフレームに締結される第2ボルト孔部と、第1ボルト孔部30と第2ボルト孔部との間に配置され、下方に向かって窪む凹部40と、第1ボルト孔部30と連続し、且つ、凹部40の一部を切り欠いて形成された切欠部44とを有し、凹部40の深さ方向の寸法は、第1ボルトの頭部の高さ方向の寸法以上であり、ステー22の軸直方向に沿った切欠部44の幅寸法は、第1ボルトの頭部の最大外径よりも小さく設定され、車両に対して衝突荷重が入力されたとき、第1ボルトの頭部が、変形した切欠部44を通過して凹部40内に進入可能に設けられる。【選択図】図4
