PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection device for a side mirror, which is configured such that its position is easily adjusted and which can prevent a mirror from being damaged as much as possible.SOLUTION: A connection device of the present invention includes a first attachment portion 371 that is a hole having the same diameter as a vehicle screw hole for attachment, and a rotation side attachment 32 rotatable by external force, an assembly bolt 36 supporting the rotation side attachment 32 so that the rotation side attachment 32 is rotatable and having the same diameter as a screw portion of a stay bolt for a mirror. The connection device includes a fixation side attachment 33 fixed via the assembly bolt 36 to a vehicle and an engagement portion. The engagement portion allows the rotation side attachment 32 to be engaged with the fixation side attachment 33 so that the rotation side attachment 32 does not rotate until the external force exceeds a predetermined threshold. The engagement portion allows the rotation side attachment 32 to be engaged with the fixation side attachment 33 so that spring shrinks 34 to rotate the rotation side attachment 32 when the external force exceeds the threshold. A central axis of a first attachment portion 371 and the assembly bolt 36 is coaxial with a rotation axis of the rotation side attachment 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 4

    【課題】位置調整が容易で、ミラーの破損を可及的に防止できるサイドミラーの接続具を提供する。【解決手段】ミラー取付用の車両のネジ穴と同径のネジ穴である第一取付部371が設けられ、外力によって回転する回転側アタッチメント32と、回転側アタッチメント32を回動可能に支持すると共に、ミラーのステーのネジ部と同径の組付ボルト36が設けられ、組付ボルト36を介して車両に固定される固定側アタッチメント33と、外力が所定の閾値を超えるまでは、回転側アタッチメント32が回転しないよう、回転側アタッチメント32と固定側アタッチメント33とが係合し、外力が閾値を超えると、バネ34が収縮して、回転側アタッチメント32が回転するよう、回転側アタッチメント32と固定側アタッチメント33とが係合する係合部とを備え、第一取付部371及び組付ボルト36の中心軸が回転側アタッチメント32の回転軸と同軸上にあるよう構成する。【選択図】図14
