PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain safety state even if a failure occurs in a recognition device of a vehicle system, in order to solve the problem in which in a vehicle system which performs an action plan of a vehicle, it is difficult to maintain safety when a failure occurs in the recognition device because an orbit is generated to control the vehicle based on outside world information that is recognized by the recognition device.SOLUTION: The above stated problem can be solved by an action plan device including a failure detection part which detects failure occurrence at an outside world recognition part, and an orbit generation determination part which performs action during failure based on the outside world recognition information which is outputted by the outside world recognition part. The orbit generation determination part takes a failure responding action based on the failure information of the failure detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両の行動計画を実施する車両システムにおいては、の認識装置で認識した外界情報をもとに軌道を生成し車両を制御しているため、認識装置に障害が発生した場合に安全性を維持することが困難である。本発明は上記状況に鑑みて為されたものであり、車両システムの認識装置に障害が発生した場合においても、安全状態を維持することを課題とする。【解決手段】上記課題は、外界認識部の障害発生を検知する障害検知部と、前記外界認識部が出力する外界認識情報を基に障害時行動を実行する軌道生成判断部と、を有し、前記軌道生成判断部は、前記障害検知部の障害情報を基に障害対応行動をとることにより、解決可能である。【選択図】図1
